In 2002 he founded the company “Aron, Galanton & Associates” together with Dr. Mihaela Galanton, lawyer in the Timiș Bar.
Dr. Ivan Mircea Aron was a foreign and European law consultant as a member of the Szeged Bar, Hungary. He taught at the West University of Timișoara – Faculty of Law, Transport Law and Community Institutional Law.

She is a lawyer with extensive legal and academic experience. In 2002, together with Mircea Ivan Aron, she founded the company Aron, Galanton & Associates.

Dr. Mihaela Galanton specializes in civil law, company law, business law, international trade law, comparative law, administrative and tax litigation, labor law, domestic and international arbitration.
Studies
She graduated with a diploma of merit from the Faculty of Law within the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca. The second bachelor’s degree was awarded by the Faculty of Commerce within the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. She graduated in comparative law courses organized by the International Faculty of Comparative Law in Strasbourg: the first cycle in 1998 (Strasbourg, France), and the second cycle in 1999 (Graz, Austria). In 2000 she obtained the title of Doctor of Law awarded by the University of Bucharest.
Academic activity
In the period 1986-1988 she was a teacher at the Faculty of Economic Sciences – West University of Timișoara, and from 1994 to 2020 she was a teacher at the Faculty of Law – West University of Timișoara, teaching the subjects International Trade Law, Comparative Law and Professional contract law. In the period 1998-2000 he was also a teacher at the Dragan European University, with the teaching discipline of Community Institutional Law.
Scientific papers
He participated in numerous scientific symposia domestically and internationally, published articles in specialized journals, as well as monographs “International Trade Law” – Orizonturi Universitare Publishing House, “Discounts and exemptions from taxes and fees provided by the Fiscal Code” – Publishing House Economic Tribune and “Value Added Tax” – CH Publishing House Beck.
